I know the newer 3.0Ls in Caravans have better valve seals, but I want to know if anyone knows it I took one from say a 99 or 2000 Caravan [Or whichever the newest 3.0L was] would it bolt up to my A-543 Trans in my 91 IROC?

Thanks

Yes it would bolt up but you would have to swap the distributor, possibly fuel injectors/wiring and some sensors plus the motor mount bracket from your old motor.

That's great, I would keep the wiring harness and distributor.

Which sensors though? If it's not something too obvious I may miss it, I've never tried something like this before, and all the local club guys are 4 cyl people.

Thanks dude.
