how to get striped Dist. screws out?

Ok Im trying todo a tune up on my car and find one of the dist. cap screws is striped out WTF? how can I fix this or get it off to put the new cap on?

try needle nose vice grips, otherwise try breaking the cap off and use bigger vice grips-after some penetrating oil.

+1 on break off old cap.
If you cannot remove them drilling them out should not be a problem, the cap screws are aluminum.
If you have to drill remove the HEP so you do not damage it.
Apply anti-sieze to the new cap screws to prevent galvanic corrosion problems in the future.
