87 lebaron 2.5l broken rod?

just bought an 87 lebaron with a broken rod the number one rod is broken but theres no hole in the block or oil pan i still have good oil pressure and it runs .i need to know if i could get away with buying a new piston and connecting rod ? and does any body know were to get a connecting rod i can find a piston but i cant find a rod???

take it appart first, the cylinder walls may be scored and you will need more than a piston/rod. It could just be a broken piston though.
