Just trying to figure out why alot of you are using an 88 TBI cam. I have a 88 turbo cam and a TBI cam side by side and the measurements are the same.. Could this TBI cam be an earlier or later cam..It does have the round toothed pulley on it and its on a Mexican made 782..Just wanting to figure out my best route for a roller cam..I'm currently using a comp cams slider cam with 499 lift and 276/276 duration@50. I like having the big cam but it seems to wear quickly ie had the cam b/n for approx 5000km..remove it and found worn lobes..Sent it back to comp and they replaced it n/c(thank ***) other than shipping. Any info would be greatly appreciated
