Steering rack or power steering pump?

In the last few days, I got a power steering problem on my Daytona.

Everythings ok when cold but once the engine is warmed up, it gets harder to turn the wheels and I can hear the power steering pump whine (just like it does when there's not enough fluid in it) but the fluid level is ok. The belt is also good and tight.

What's the problem?

Pump or steering rack?

Or both?

Sounds like a pump. Racks are usually real hard to turn when cold, and get easier as they warm up.

I think I have another PS pump somewhere...

I'll try to find it and try it on. It's easier to change the pump
