Questions on a couple problems..

Hey guys, since you all are the masters of your mopars I have a few questions on my car.. 89 shadow.

First the radiator fluid bubbles a little after a shutdown.. probally a drainage will help?

Second the parking break light seems to come on periodically, though it has a good roll some of the time with the clutch in and in neutral..wondering if anyone could help me out.. thanks
