When I bought it from them in 99, I bought the full 3 inch stainless system and the downpipe is 2.5 into 3. Not sure if they have changed it since. I would buy elswhere, just do a search in the vindor feedback for forward motion and you will see how pleased people are with their service, including me.

I have the FM 3 inch system, and its a 3 inch DP, but it chokes down to 2.5 inches right at the swing valve. Its a very nice system though short of the DP.

Buy it, I think I had 700 with shipping in mine. It is a very nice setup. Something about being able to take the exhaust apart by hand after three years of being on the car, I can vouch for it.

MR OVERKILL if you need a full 3" downpipe, in and out, try the unit from Turbos Unleashed, here's a pix of the part which is designed to work w/ their 3" swing valve, these pieces work fantastic, worth every penny:

I've seen the 3 inch swing valve in person. You will not be disappointed, it's massive, compare to the 2.5 inch swing valve.
