Ha-ha, never that. I remain humble as always. So when do you think it'll be on the road? And will you still use your TBI header?

nope, got to much into it alredy. this one will get done. i wanna find a 88 or 89 daytona shelby shell. as long as it's got a good solid body and no rust. then drop the 16v into that.

so how did the tbi header do in flow test? Why not just dent the firewall to get more clearance?

You have to do a search and go through all the B.S. to find the flow numbers. You know, one of those threads were people bicker and argue and no point is ever made? LOL Well if my memory is correct the TBI header flowed the best, next was T.U. header, Alabama Man header, ported stocker and then stocker. I don't have to dent the firewall because it all fits. The wastegate canister touches a little bit but not enough to hurt it. Plus, it's not an issue of what's best for me, just wanted to get my car on the road so I can start my other project.

if you were going to do it all over again would you just port a stocker, or do the TBI again?

I made a custom longer rod for actuator, then made
a bracket to rotate mount further ahead:

Best pic I could find but it's the wastegate end of rod that's
the custom longer part. Held up so well it's even longer now
and on my Hybrid turbo/motor.

I'd use the TBI again, but I'm not too sure it would be in an L-body!

That's about the same position mine is in. Very close to the compressor, but my rod is just slightly at a lessor angle. As long as it works.
