i drilled a 1.25" hole underneath my #2 runner today so i can get a pipe welded in it with a flange so i can finally hook up my turbonetics deltagate. yeaaaa. i currently have a mitsu can on my t3/t4 and its all jacked up, i ended up stretching the can out haha so it freakin spikes to 20 psi then drops to about 14psi, man it pulls so hard until the boost drops, can't wait to have steady boost again and im gonna just dump the gate to the atmosphere so it should sound wicked. i'll put pics up tomorrow.

You get that thing hooked up yet? I think I'm gonna go the same route, would be interested to see how yours turns out. I'm tired of screwing with the stupid actuator all the time, so it should be a nice change.

i got it welded up but its gonna hit the block so i gotta cut the short tube he welded and angle it away abit and reweld it. im drilling it out for a standard t3 flange so that i can put my stage 3 wheel in with my .63 a/r turbine housing on and the o2 housing that i have came off a dsm so i have to get it cut and welded as well cause right now it is pointing at the firewall lol. and i gotta get rid of the dodge style exhaust donut and get a solid 2 or 3 bolt flange welded on. whenevr i get some money together for the welding i will put it on and i can't wait to hear it.

Looks sweet! What did you use to weld it to the cast iron? Stick welder work? Is there any specific place on the manifold where I have to weld it? ( ie. not directly in front of a port ect?)

My van motor is coming out soon and this looks to be a neat mod. I would love to have the sound of a external on my van!

Keep us posted man!

yeah it was stick welded. i figured that since 1-3 all go into the same side of the collector at the turbo that 1 and 2 would be good to a good idea to have come out the gate since they have the furthest to travel and they are on opposite pulses of the engine, this way the 2 straightest routes being 3 and 4 with only go to the turbo when the gate opens.
