Will a Daytona exhaust fit on a K car if you lengthen it about three inches? That's the difference in the wheelbase. Anybody try this or vise-versa? If so, where do you add the length? Between the cat and the rear axle? Bill

you most likely add it between the cat and rear axles. i think G and K share tho, i know AA and AJ and L are diff, i thought G and P were the same, but the K if its a aires or reliant or K style lebaron might be right

Anyone else have a comment? P bodies have a longer wheelbase than the G's, too. Do they all use the same gas tanks?

Oops - I meant H-body, not P. Got mixed up. P has the same wheelbase as G. H is even longer than K. Bill

The J body Lebarons and G body Daytonas have the same. Most of them seem to route it the same, just shorter or longer depending on wheel base.

correction, the H body lebarons (4 dorr) have the same configuration as the G-body daytona. The J-body lebaron (2 door) shares the same configuration as the Spirit.
later,
Cindy

I used my old Daytona exhaust on my 89 lebaron and it bolted up without any problems.

Thanks everyone. The reason I wanted to know is that when Chris comes out with the 3" G-body exhaust, I'd like to put it on my '85 600 ragtop. Sounds like it should fit. I wouldn't think that the L body pipes would work because of the different rear suspension. Bill

Read the FSMs. It's "A,C,E,G,K,H,P bodies, do this. L-bodies, do that." Or "Fig. xxx - all except L-body." We're special.

I took a side exit exhaust off a Daytona and put it on my Reliant wagon and it fit perfectly. I think the pipes in the back are different. The length was exactly the same between the wagon and the Daytona from the turbo back to the side exit.
