you can buy o2 sensor nuts or "bungs" from most auto parts places, summit included. i am not sure what you are doing but it may be more convenient to just weld one of these on.

Welding a bung to my 02 housing would be much more difficult than chasing threads with a tap. I have some boogered threads I need to clean up.

it is the EXACT same size as the 18mm spark plug, so finding a chase is EZ.
