very quick exhaust question

Im installing a new swing valve, I didnt see a gasget when it took the old one off. Is there a gasget for this? thanks.

Since it does not come with one, do I have to use high temp silicon or something? Am I ok just slapping it together? thx.

I don't think I used anything when I put my 3" on. If I did, it was axle grease. That's what everybody uses between the exhaust manifold and the turbo. Just apply a light coat with your finger. When turbo heats up first time, it cooks that grease and it seals the seam.

You can use very little bearing grease to on the metting surface if you like.

I would just make sure both surfaces are clean and both them togather.
