No wind noise.

I haven't had time to try it yet but will this week.

To reduce the interior noise consider installing some DynoMat under the carpet and in the 'walls' of the car. I'm assuming it's a minivan so the job should be really easy. I have a 2.5" mandrel bend system with a high flow cat and DynoMax SuperTurbo muffler on my 2.5 NA Daytona. The performance is improved but the 'noise' is barely satisfactory. I would love for the interior noise to be reduced a great deal. To do this and keep the system I think I'll be installing some DynoMat in the TurboZ. I'll do this in anticipation of the exhaust system change later this year.

install a cat, add a bullet muffler in the center of the car

make the exhaust tip stick out past the back of the car(helped a lot on my wagon)

Put the tip on last night, its kinda of ghetto as I got the wrong 90 deg elbow, either way, even with it leaking, it knocked the drone down alot but still kept the same bark when you get on it. The only drawback is it looks really ricey,

True sometimes but trying to keep it someone clean looking and stealthy. Having a big tip kinda kills that, lol!

Here's what I did...

Much Too Loud

Flows well and it's actually pretty quiet. But even with this set-up, it's louder than a 3" double "Race Magnum" in one of my R/T's.
Must be something about the way the Van body's designed.

Well the body acts a giant echo chamber, thats why and the reason they have resonators from the factory.

Anyhow, I have the corrrect elbow now so I will redo it and leave that alone for now, the tip really knocked out the highway drone,

Just to add one thing, I've heard that closer to the engine creates a deeper, more mellow tone.

It already has a wicked exhaust note, it can't get any better,
