"unchuck" it. That's what machinists do many times a day. Set it back up after. No biggie. I've literally done 1000's of setups on cnc mills, lathes and bridgeports.

Back to Andre' Yeah... I'd try contacting him and seeing if he can make you some.

The 16V flange that bolts to the head. Im making some from 1/2 inch, so Im squared away.

But does it really matter? I need a flange, and if I make it (and I can), buy it from someone who has them or have one made for me does it matter how I get it? If I made some and sold them, I doubt anyone cares if I made them or had them made. Steve your post was just nit-picking and its obvious, lets move on.
