NICE work How much did you have in parts for that header. I see you got a windage tray. how well did that go together, i'm thinking about one for myself. (no crank scraper though?)

I am building the car (90 Shadow) for my cousin and he paid for the parts. I'll find out a total from him. The windage tray went in good. The only thing I had to do was grind a little more clearance for the main stud nuts. It looks like the mounting bracket has a scraper built in to it. THANKS, BILL

Nice work!!! A couple quick questions,
What kind of clearance do you have to the firewall? I assume this wouldn't quite fit an Omni.
Where did the windage tray come from, (FWD Performance?)
Thanks!

The clearance between the turbo and the firewall is not much less than the stock setup. The L body is the tightest. Maybe if the pipes were a little bit longer to bring the collector and turbo towards the front of the car it could fit. It barely clears the power brake booster. The w.tray came from FWD Performance. THANKS, BILL

As for header parts costs...
Exhaust pipe kit...$60
Second kit, and 3" elbow(for after collector)...108
S.S lock ties....$12
Header flanges...$66
Exhaust wrap...$38
Heat Paint....$16

I think the collector was from an old 440 motor? Bill knows, I forget.

Total $300 parts( From FWD and Summit racing)
OHH, and countless hours, blood, sweat and tears from BIll.

Thanks......Ryan
