Stock BOV or what ever they call it on the stock air box?
Oh no no, its not the BOV, i actually took off the stock BOV because i replaced my airbox with TII in order to intercool it and right now using cheap aftermarket BOV. No its not that, its coming from my exhaust. Its wierd noise but no issue about performance or driving condition. I loved my T1 big rad with the big fan. The small TII rad with 2 blade fan makes so much noise (its rough) but does the job done.

The noise your describing just sounds like normal exhaust feedback. With my full exhaust (hollow cat) and what not it sounded similar to what your saying, though mine was much louder as it was straight piped so the poping was a little less often.
Heres a link to a vid of my old exhaust setup: MySpaceTV Videos: EXAUST AND SPOOL UP (89 Turbo II DAYTONA SHELBY) by TWISTED TURBO DODGE

Yeah its kinda similar to yours but i think i gotta take some video or sound in order to make myself clear. I just showed it to my dad and he said its because i got highflow cat. So i'll record some video as soon as i get my camera.

but DO NOT use Fel-pro.
...unless you get the Fel-pro with the metal rings on it.. which is quite possibly better than the MP one.

Oh wait you live in Canada.. MP ones are much cheaper than Fel Pro.
