I am receiving a p0037 Code. I know its the 02 sensor low voltage. Can anyone tell me if its the one before the converter or after the converter. We put a new one ahead of he converter and reset the code but the check engine light came back on while driving down the road. I guess what I'm asking is the low voltage in front of the converter and the high voltage one after the converter?

You need a scanner to tell you which O2 is creating the fault.
Depending on how many O2S there are it will read O2 1/1, O2 2/1, O2 1/2 or O2 2/2.
O2 #1 is in front of the cat with 1/1 being on the side of #1 cylinder.
O2 # 2 is the Cat efficency O2 and is listed the same with O2 1/2 being on the side of #1 cylinder.

You don't need a scanner. Google OBD2 codes. You know bank 1 is cylinder #1. Just got done fixing a P0038 code on my g/f's jeep. Found a list somewhere saying it's Bank 1 cylinder 2 but I didn't know which one was bank 1. I went and asked the service dept and they told me which one it was. Easy enough. But if i had crawled under there I would of seen the wires had somehow come out of the clip and melted clean through on the exahust pipe. Anyway a new Bosch O2 was a whopping $30 at Napa. 10 minutes later and we were a rocking. I bet a P0037 is bank 1 sensor 1.

Here are the diagnostics for P0037.
This is for a gas engine as you did not specify.
I just repaired this condition on a 2008 Wrangler 3 weeks ago, it was a faulty PCM, hope yours is only a HO2S.

yep drivers side downstream O2. check the wiring, replace the sensor. I would assume it's the same price/pn as on my g/f's 04 libby.
