Maybe someone at a Ram forum might be of more help? Low voltage means that it is reading lower than it should be, not a specific sensor. The code didn't tell you which one it is? usually with a multi-o2 engine, the code describes which one is reading improperly. Many times, you can get an o2 code when it's not the o2 sensor at all... something else could be wrong, causing it to lean out (low voltage reading). Call your local Dodge dealer and ask to speak to a tech, they might be able to tell you if there's a common problem that causes that code other than the o2 sensor itself.
