well the car is forsale, but i would like to get the car running 100% if the time allows. i may be going home in a few weeks and figured i'd replace the oily cat, exhaust, and muffler (from the previous blown turbo) so that i can take it for a drive without a smoke screen. I know the exhaust is oval/canister shaped so i figured i'd just get a magnaflow to replace it, and since i have the aftermarket bumper with exhaust cutout, maybe get a nice dual exhaust tip as well. pic of bumper for reference

What are the dimensions of the stock exhaust?

Side note. If i were to put one of the GT style mufflers on it would it ruin the car? pic for reference

That really depends on who you are trying to sell it to... I personally don't like fart cans, but if your 'target market' does...
If you just want to get rid of the oil and got some time to play... grab a gallon of Simple Green and two buckets. drop the exhaust, pout the simple green thru the exhaust catching it in the bucket, then pour it through again until your satisfied you got whatever oil you are going to get. Flush it out with a garden hose, bolt it up and take it for a drive on the freeway to blow the standing water out.

Let whoever buys the car choose their own exhaust

I simply went with the stock dual tip on mine. They are still available from any Walker distributor, and last one I priced wasn't too spendy at about $40, without the over-axle pipe. Mine came from a turbo lancer, and I simply welded my stock over-axle pipe to it. The Mopar stockers have stainless tips, where the aftermarkets do not. These were used on the Lancers, Sundance RS, and the Shadow ES(both turbo and V6), as well as the Shelby Lancer/CSX cars.
