2.25 donut will never fit a 2.5 inch downpipe.

Therefore, you need a donut that match your downpipe.

2.5 inch donut fit the 2.25 swingvalve , ive fitted a 3 inch donut on a 2.25 swingvalve , next summer i put my 2.5 turbonetic sv

it will only work I take it if you have a large flange SV, so the 87 and earlier turbo's will not mount with the 2.5" and 3" since it is a small flange SV.

You can notch the downpipe's flange like so, that way the bolts will line up with the narrower swingvalve:

yep thats what i did , my flange on my downpipe is almost open all the way on both side , , but my 3 inch dont had to be fitted , grind it , but im not to sure from what it come from
