Well in my quest for better performance, I took my car to one of Dean Stillie's buddies, Dave at Elite Stainless Exhaust (http://www.elitestainlessexhaust.com/) to get my stock 2 1/4" downpipe and 2 1/4" cat pulled of, and replaced by a 2.5" mandrel bent downpipe and 2.5" straight thru perforated core, polished stainless muffler, side exit. Man is it ever quiet now compared to before. I'd say 1/3 as loud as it was with a cat and no muffler.. Dave also did a beautiful job on my polished stainless intercooler plumbing too.....attached with my silicone bump hose connectors from ATP Turbos in CA.. So nice it'd look right at home in a ricer magazine, red anodized Talon BOV and all! I didn't have a BOV before, but in anticipation of my 22-25 psi blasts this coming Saturday, I figured it was in order.

Thanks for the tip, maybe I'll drive up for an exhaust system.
Mine sucks. Just purchased a 87 shelby charger TII from a guy
in Fort Erie, Ont. It needs some TLC. The engine has been
redone, but I have some doubt. It's not a clean job.
