I am pretty sure, but because I don't have one near by and havn't had one in my hands in some time I wont say I'm 100% sure.

I'm 99% sure that the swing valve is contained in the exhaust housing of the turbo on the mitsu. Removing the O2 housing only uncovers it so it can be seen.

There must be a pic floating around somewere that would show it.
