it's called a bung! that's what it's screws into but the unit as a whole i would say the swingvalve.

what is one worth equipped with new O2 sensor? or i guess what is a fair/low price for one?

its solid w/ light surface rust, 3 wire sensor with good plug on end.

i want to post it for sale but im not sure what to ask.

well i see that it is a 3-wire O2, what year is it off of? what size is it? 2.25" 2.5"(i think those are the sizes of earlier one)

it was given to me a year or so ago by a buddy who parted out his glh, not sure the year of it though.

as for the size, i just checked the i.d. of it and it appears to be 2.25

the only sell value would be to some one who needs a factory replacement. to me roughly 15-30 bucks. what do i know though!

great thanks, to me, if i got 15 bucks plus shipping i would be happy.

i figure that is one less thing i wont use sitting in the garage and 15 bucks to put towards my ride.

alright, just wondering cause i have it on ebay and someone mailed me a question of
"Do you have a pic showing the swingvalve? All I see is the exhaust elbow"
i guess i can take a pic of the other side of the thing if that is what he wants, so he can see the inside part.

well for your future info, that looks like it's from a mitsu turbo. So it doesn't have the swing valve built into it. In the case of the mitsu turbos it would be called the "O2 housing", if it was from a garrett turbo it would have the swing valve built into it (floppy thing with a disk on the inside) and it would be called the "swing valve houseing"

Are you sure? Cause when I took out my mitsu it seemed to have the flapping door on the o2 housing.
