okay, once again an angry reply to a subject that was already addressed, if you aren't even going to read the posts before you reply then i will leave it at this- people who are too close-minded to even consider the possibility that different situations create different results and that there is no hard and fast rule for anyhting in motorsports are the ones who never learn anything. and just for the record, i am still running no exhaust on a n/a car, making "real" power, even in the low-end, and haven't done any damage whatsoever to the engine

I could tune it out of the Cobra but I'd be running too rich.

My Shadow had a 2.5" mandrel system with a cat (gotta have it & wanna have it) and no muffler. A little loud with pops & bangs, but still sounded good. I let my buddy drive it and he LOVED the sound it produced. My girlfriend wasn't too keen about it, but she's a girl.
