For the street at 14-18psi would I see more gains by switching to an Ultraflo or Bullet, as opposed to the Super Turbo I have right now, or would a nice ported exhaust manifold net better results?

i would say ultraflo, but i don't knwo if the manifold would do more or not, it depends on how big the rest of your exhaust is.

manifold.......at 14-18 psi, you wont get very much gain from switching the muffler.

All of them matter.
A ported manifold isnt going to do much if you dont have a good flowing exhaust.
Id port the manifold and get a muffler.
