I just need to know which is better for flow and performance gains. I can get a TBI/turbo manifold for cheap and wonder if it is better than the ported stock exhaust turbo manifold.

yep.

You can tell just by looking at it.
Its basically just 4 straight pipes into the turbo.
On the log manifold... well its a log.
The two left side runners blow right into a wall and the others have to make some pretty uniqe turns.

If I had the room id put in a TBI one for my car.
