I need help removing and installing another exhaust manifold on my 85 Charger. From the looks of it, I have to do all the bolts on the bottom, unless I take off the fuel rail to get to the top bolts. Being that the manifold has been on for close to 20 years, I have a feeling most of the bolts are going to snap. Anybody that has done this before, any help would be appreciated. Which was is the easiest/best way to do it?

I don't know how you are even going to have access to them if it is in the car. It was tricky for me and it was sitting on the floor!

I removed my intake and exhaust manifold while it was in the car.... Im never going to do it again but hey.
Your going to need a small 10mm Open ended wrench for the intake manifold... and alot of patience manuvering around to get the bolts.
When its off then the exhaust bolts are easy as pie.

But seriously.. The time you save taking the head off is worth the new headgasket you have to buy.
