well two choices:
You already have a 2.5" downpipe, so you can get a 2.5" cat, catback pipes and a muffler for about $280 shipped from FWD and if you don't need a cat, get a test pipe and save $45

Or you can go 3" downpipe, 3" cat, 3" catbackpipes and a good ultrflow muufler for about $500

If you just plan mild upgrades with your car, 2.5" is plenty, but if you think you may do a lots of mods later on, get a 3" and be done with it.
later,
Cindy

3'' should bolt right up, even use the stock hangers. All you need to get is a few 3'' clamps.

Upgrading the exhaust on a Mitsu (I'm assuming it's a T1 car) will make the boost creep. It simply can't handle that much flow. Now if you've got a T2 garrett or bigger you're good to go with the 3". If you're also planning to upgrade to the garrett soon then buy the 3" or wait to buy it.
