What size pipe on 90 turbo mini

What was the factory size pipe on these things? I forget! My new purchase has just the cat hanging under it, which I think is plugged. I want to cut the cat off and just weld up a tempory exaust/muffler till I can order up my 3" in a few months.

Well supposedly the smaller pipe, the further you go back, keeps the speed of the exhaust up.

I don't know that it's worth all the backpressure...but that's what I've heard.

Of course but when they built these, there for moms driving there kids to school who aren't going to be drag racing, and don't want to hear the engine or exhaust :big grin:
