Good 3" cat?

What would be a good, affordable 3" hiflow cat? Catco cat is out of question because they are just cheap...mine lasted less than 5 months before internals cracked and it started to rattle like h3ll.
We have yearly emissions tests here in Finland and I'm gonna need two cats for my R/T and GS TII.

I'm using a Magnaflow/Car Sound mirror finish cat; looks really nice and I got it fairly cheap...can't quite remember the exact price though. It's still working after 7000 km so no complaints so far.

I am using a Walker 3 inch super cat, # 15147. Cost varies but mine blows clean and have 20,000 kms on it and still good!
