FWD performance sells them for a pretty reasonable price.

I think Forward Motion still sells them too, but they're VERY pricey. I'm sure you ALMOST get what you pay for

Just bet a 3" catco my brother runs one on his street/strip car and does well with it. And you'll have better chances of passing the sniffer.
