What hose to use for intake

I want to get more of that black rubber intake hose crap so I can install the T pipe that im mounting my BOV to. What is that hose made of? Silicon hose is so expensive.....

I would just cut that hose in half and shove some exhaust pipe between the halves. If your looking for now hose, you would be looking for silicone couplers and metal pipes

you could get another hose at the junkyard

plain radiator hose works ; on a longer run you may wish to have the spiral wire insert so it doesnt 'suck shut' under vacuum

I junkyarded the 2 'TB to airbox' hoses from a pre-96 F150 ; perfect size for our TBs and (stock) turbo outlets, and they have a number of nice bends formed in them - so you will be able to use them in a number of places; and the have the spiral wire in them too

[check out my post/pic in the 'where is your filter' thread and you can see how I used some of that F150 hose...]
