I am building up the new engine for my GTC and dont want to have to pull the head back off down the road when I turn the boost up.
Here is my setup so far....

TII 2.2 forged bottom end
782 Head, Ported and Polished
Ported ex. manifold
T3/T4

After she is in and running I am going to do a stage 5 cal, +40's, and a 3 bar.

What would be the best choice for a cam? I have used the 88 TBI cam before with good results but doesnt that bleed boost at 18 psi?

How do the Crane springs (FWD Pn# 58-1071) compare to the Comp springs (Pn# 26995-16)?

Will the Crane springs work with the stock retainers? anyone running them?

What do you guys think??????

I dunno lol. I wanted to keep it around 15-18 PSI, so with my other mods maybe 300 if thats a realistic number?

what do ya think?
