Okay I have an extra drop in filter for a T2 air box, and I was wondering if it will flow enough to be used for my cold/ram air box, I will be running around 20 PSI? or should I look for a bigger panel filter?

Depending on how you have it set up I would say it's fine. Thare is enough pleated area to flow well.
