So your saying with a T11 Rad you could not only run the IC lower (where the foglight mouth is) but also have a more direct flow path?

you would be able to run the piping easier, the airflow to it doesnt depend on what rad is in there, just how you mount it....you could mount it really low and in a more direct path of air, but you would need some funky bends in the piping....the t2 rad just gives more room on each side for piping and the clearance with the alternator and the drivers side frame rail wouldnt be as difficult to work out....

Well I raised the shift points on my 2.5 by 300 rpms over the stock setup at the track. Car now runs it's fastest if I shift at 6grand with it. Up from 5700rpms. So yeah I think it flows pretty good

I think that with the TII rad, I could mount it higher which would put it right behind the grill between the headlights. That would give a more direct flow path. It is what I origionally planned, but things worked out differently.

I'd like to run it lower, in the "foglight mouth", any specific rad better for going lower with the IC? I may pick up one up eventually.

Going to get the car tonight!

I have seen pictures of a guy with it mounted like that. Nothing that different from my setup, but I wanted a bit more support for the IC so I made the brackets.
