ok I just sold my other project (55 Chevy pickup) and now I have some more money to spend.
there is a turbo for sale on here
turbo forsale s3t3
would that be to big for my t2 conversion in my 85 glh?
if im reading it right, the compressor map says its ok.
id just like to know what you guys think.
im looking for 13s.
should I look for something else.

Eh, seems kinda mismatched.. Small turbine housing, huge compressor.. It'll spool wicked fast, but will be capped to around 250hp or so due to the turbine..

well in an omni that will get you into the 13's with slicks or a real good start on street tires. But like UNA said it will stop you at around 250hp. So if 13's are your goal then it will work fine otherwise you could go for a Super60 or a T3/T4 hybrid turbo which if you go with the .63 ar exhaust will send you into the 12's, 11's or pretty much get you to 350 hp. And depending on your set up 2.2L or 2.5L I'll take it its a 2.2L if its in the omni it will be a little laggy on the street but with a ported manifold you should do alright. Or you could always get that turbo and buy a garrett .63 ar exhaust housing for it.

Yeah, it's a nice price. You could run it without problems, and when you do want more power, yank it out, upgrade the turbine side and go for more.
