I really like this turbo on my omni. Stats are as follows:

Stock 87' TII motor
ported int and exh. manifolds
Cleaned up ports and bowls on head, but stock valves and chamber.
Spearco IC.
Timing advanced a couple of degrees.
Homemade WG bracket and arm. Minimum setting 13-14PSI.

It does not hit too hard, but comes on fast. It spools faster than my enforecer II turbo on an inforcer II head last year by a noticable margine. Ir also pulls harder than my previous turbo with slighly less boost.

While cruising around today in it, I broke the tires loose in 2nd gear for the first time. They are Dunlop auto cross tires on there right now, so they are pretty sticky.

I am sure that the addition of the spearco over the stock tII IC was a great improvment, along with some other upgrades that I have done over the course of the summer, but none the less I am very happy. I love this turbo so far, and I would like to thank all those that recommended it and paved the way in this area of the hobby.

I want to know exactly which make of turbo you went with, Tnetics, Trannybuster, ..... and where you bought it from, and the exact specs. I plan on putting something like this on my Omni.... no intent to copycat.... actually, with malicious intent!
