T1 turbo rebuild

My 86' Omni ( w/ 2.5 block) has started to smoke and the signs point to the very old turbo, I have a spare but figure I should rebuild/replace the seals before going through the trouble. Went to the Mopar parts man and got a blank stare, is there a kit? Garrett or otherwise, or should I slap in the spare and see? Smoking came around after bad vac. lines led to a little overboost, and testing the overboost theory.

i was gonna suggest airflow systems (www.airflo.com) since ive gotten several kits from there, but it seems they no longer have them. you can find standard garrett TB03 rebuilt kits on ebay all the time too. otherwise go to your td aftermarket shops.
