Please help ID my Turbo??

I recently traded a fellow TD member for a Garrett T2 Turbo (i think?). It's a blow through style Garrett, but it has an EGR port. I just finished installing the turbo on an '89 Spirit 2.5. I was told that it was a 2.5'' SV (bolted up fine to the downpipe on the spirit), but then why would it have an EGR port? I thought that the only EGR setups were on '86s??

Please help....what year turbo is it??

I believe that the only EGR equiped TII car was the 86' GLHS.

It could be a garrett TI turbo with a TII cover on it, which would bolt right on.

even T1's got the larger SV's didn't they? and some T'1s with the one peice intake got EGR also (went right into the intake instead of into the turbo...).

That would be my guess The SV didn't have to come from a T2 car, or WITH that particular turbo
