Or would a fault in my boost controlers (no -g- valve yet.) Thanks!

I do not think it is the Map sensor.
I am having that same problem at the moment.
I was out of town and ended up spending $75.00 on a Mopar Map sensor to only find out that was not the problem.

The problem I am having is that when it rains I can only get to "0" on the boost gauge, anything more and she bucks like it is boost cut-out.

I do not have any codes at the moment so no telling what is going on.

I have a G-valve.

I have a switch in the cab that allows me to switch from manifold pressure (4 psi) to open wastegate (18 psi). Both setting have the same problem.

Are you running a straight vaccum to the wastegate with no orifice?

bryan it sounds like it could be a fule starvation problem i had with the strainer getting clogged when i hit "0"
or, my buddies van, no ac condensor, tranny cooloer or ic up front just a radiator and no dist shield, would stumble and stall and start for a while, wound up being his wires were getting soaked in the rain.
just some ideas

for the guy who started the post, it sounds like yo uhave a vac leak somewhere or a weak wastegate, i would check all the vac lines first, then shim the wastegate with a pair of washers to see if that helps.

back to the original question, A code 13 is a vac problem with the map. Check www.minimopar.net for an official description but you've got an issue with the vac lines somewhere.

Ok. There ALL new vac lines, i am almost sure as hell there all on right.
The wastegate is the new garret from TU. The turbo is a new S-60 trim turbo.
My coil is brand new.
Its weird. sometimes it hits full boost, others, it doesn't.
Geuss i'll check the vac lines one more time.

And i don't have a office in the line to the wastegate...do i need one?

It's not absolutely necessary to have the restrictor/ orifice in the vac line... but it does help somewhat to smooth WG operation, and helps slightly with lag. IMHO you probably won't notice a difference with it in there. If you're still using stock WG control (i.e. solenoid) check the vac lines in that area. Also double check and triple check the short vac line off the baro sol. to the map. replace and zip tie connections if necessary. Good luck -J

you could also be throwing that code 13 due to your fpr leaking fuel into the map sensor, pull the line off the fpr and smell for gas, if you do replace it or rebuild it if it is a afpr.

bryan, are you getting gas to the rail? do you have a fuel pressure guage to check pressure? are you getting spark?
