I've got one laying around and wondered if it's worth using when I go TII.
I've also got an early Cummins I/C but that's being reserved for the hot rod.
The I/C test page didn't include this little guy.

The Conquest intercooler is pretty good for it's size. If possible, cut off the small 1.75'' outlets and weld on the same size as your intercooler tubing (usually 2.25'').

They are a tube design with no internal fins. The thermal preformance is probably not great, but they do flow better than the sotcker. I used one on my Shadow for years. Worked well at 14psi.

Works fine in my shadow and it runs low 14s at 16psi of boost evan with the crappy mitsu turbo.

I have one with 2.5in pipes already welded on it There is some shavings inside it however, some fine dust and ground aluminum in the endtanks. Any idea how I could adequately clean it out anyone??
