Thanks for the reply. I've sort of continued this in a different thread here. It turns out that after disassembling the turbo, both the shaft and the bearing bores in the housing have been machined. I'm dealing with a company that sells rebuild kits on Ebay to see about getting a kit with the proper size bearings. I think I may end up sending them the disassembled CHRA so they can double check my measurements before ordering the bearings and do a "better safe than sorry" rebalance before I put it back together.
