Any time the two words "High Quality" are used too many times it's time to look away.

I don't see "VSR Balanced" anywhere either. Read the installation instructions... they sound mental to me.

Holy crap, I didn't even catch that.

"Switch on your vehicle by rotating the key 8-10 times (Do not step on the gas, just rotate the key to make the engine to work only). Drain out the dirty oil (This procedure is for cleaning your engine). Repeat this procedure 2 times."

It's all about the oil, there is nothing else to take in to account with Turbos, nothing what so ever, just the oil, remember it's about the oil....

Geeze, can the instructions be any more, well, screwed up? lol, sorry, I've never installed a turbo and I know there's so much more to it than just tighten a few bolts and change the oil a bunch. Sounds to me like a total loon selling parts s/he knows nothing about.

Ya know, if making turbo's in a sweatshop in China keeps them that cheap, I'm all for it!

He says to hold the compressor wheel to keep it from turning, and then to have someone start the car. Yea, that's a great idea if you want mincemeat for fingers.

There is a company in China that manufactures a plethora of products. Their initials is USA. When you see "USA Made" instead of "Made in USA" it is usually them. I've been waiting for the Chinese to rename some major industrial region there so that its intials are USA just so they can legally use the "Made in USA". United Suppliers Area, or something to that effect.
They are sneaky bastards. I know because I have to work with them on pretty much a daily basis.

There is a city in China called "Usa".. They got in trouble in the '80's for writing "Made in Usa" on things..
