hy35 wastegate can

I am running a HY35 holet on my hybrid Daytona Z, I have not fired up the engine yet. I am wondering which wastegate can I should use on it. From what I have read the one on it will only go down to 25psi. It is adjustable, think it will turn down to 10psi? The reason I ask is I am getting a Cal from TU with 2 booost settings one for 18-20psi and one that is totaly stock so I can pass e-test/break in the motor with..............
