Have a brand new T03 I converted to T2 status, and would like this turbo to last many, many moons. What is the PROPER breain proceedure for a new turbo? It will be going on my new 2.5L when I can sell all my extras for the money to finish it

i don't think there is a true breakin... just make sure you prime your engine before you fire it up, and change the oil shortly after you have it fired up.

+1

I usually do as TU suggests, leave the oil return line off and disconect the distributor so it does not start. Then crank the motor until oil comes out of the turbo. then hook the distributor and oil return back up and you should be all set.
