Hope this helps.

I got one of those .48/.60 ford t3's. I couldn't stand the step in the inlet. So, bye bye. I also opened up the outlet a little bit. I'll probably try to smooth out the turbine side as well.





I'm going to build an equal length header out of stainless. Probably going with an external wastegate for better flow around the .48. Which I want to keep small because its a daytona I don't plan on lightening. I want boost quickly.

be carefull there, if you went down into the lower stepped area, you have reduced the efficiency the compressor, more than offsetting any gains in flow. leave the area alone where the compressor wheel is right next to. its best to just leave turbos alone, considering how easy it is to make them worthless.

I mainly radiused the peak, and taped out the inlet track. Timeslips will tell.
