t2-t1 turbo swap?

i have a spare t2 turbo in my shop and i was wondering if it would bolt on to my spirit.
the t2 was off a 89shelby laser
and i want to put it on a 89spirit es
is this wise or should i rethink the whole thing???

I take it that the spirit got a mitz turbo on it. It will bolt on but the coolant lines and oil lines will need to be modified to work. I just recently change a mitz turbo to a converted t1 log. I just kinda mix match the lines to work.
