Hey guys, i am thinking of running 2 IC's on my Shelby TII...i am gonna have a 2.5 TII motor with a s60 turbo...i am gonna be running bout 14 psi of boost..now, on that boost will running dual stock intercoolers benifit me or what? Thanks!

You'll like the improvement. By running two ICs, you will effectively cut the pressure drop in half--this will give you improved throttle response and will allow you to make more power on the same boost setting. It will also give you better thermal efficiency, and lower charge temps will also give you a boost in power. It's a win-win situation.

BTW: be sure to run the ICs in parallel, not in series.

Not a write-up, but he posted pics of his Shelby Charger with twin parallel coolers. Very cool setup. I'm thinking about doing that on my Daytona.

I wish I had some better pictures for you, Rob (Shadow on here) made it look like it rolled out of the factory like that. Car has now ran mid 11's at 125 mph. Insanity well beyond the original goals. I had a lot of people say it was going to be the bottleneck, was going to pressure drop, etc etc. but obviously done right it is a great solution.

Allright...cool...cool....i have 2 intercooler i will be doing this with...i'll try and post a write up on it on daytonashelby.com when i am finished...not for a couple of months though...still need more parts...lol..

Don't put them in series. In parallel they will be better than a two core cooler.
