I bought this car a few months ago and it has a couple modification done to it and was running around 12 psi of boost. It ran fine until recently when it lost more than half of the boost and you can hear that something sounds funny coming from the engine. It onyl started doing this when the cold weather hit so i didnt know if it was something related to that or a leaky hose or gasket somewhere. It seems to boost fine in 1st and 2nd but once i hit 3rd it doesnt boost like it should and it sounds like there is air or something escaping from the turbo. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what the problem is before i go ripping apart my engine to figure it out. Thanks Matt

Sounds like you have a boost leak in your turbo-->throttle body hose.
Double check your hose connections, and if that doesnt fix it, pull and inspect the hose.
