Well i finally figured out why my car (2.2l T1 daytona) was running such high boost, it would run 12psi constant and up to 14psi constant, occasionally hitting the limiter ( very annoying ) So i look under the hood and notice the line that runs to the wastegate solenoid (i think) was unplugged So i plug it back in, and viola, the boost is back to normal.

And on another note, where does an aftermarket boost controller go? Any pics would be helpful here too, now the the boost is back to normal, i miss the power, but I don't want to go unplugging that line everytime i want power, i could see that being a bad thing, I'd be happy with 10-12psi.

Yeah I looked at some stuff, now i'm all juiced up to hook up a 2 stage boost control, one set at stock 7psi and one at say...11psi, to start :P ...controlled by a switch in the car, that'll be hella sweet, I just have to find a way to set it up, and have to buy all the parts.
